I am a Nutritional Therapist with a genuine passion for helping people learn about the principles of nutrition, how to nourish their bodies well to support good health and build strong and resilient bodies.
My approach is shaped not only by my training and genuine passion, curiosity and interest in everything food, but by my own experience. After having a child, working full time and just feeling generally out of shape and tired all the time. I made the decision to take control of my health and weight to improve my health and wellbeing. Through consistent, manageable changes to my diet and exercise, I have maintained those results for over three years and fundamentally changed my way of life. It showed me that lasting change does not come from extremes, but from getting the fundamentals right and building habits that fit.
In addition to helping people with nutrition, I work in corporate HR, and have a young son so I understand the pressures of a busy working life. Long hours, competing priorities and constant demands which can make it difficult to stay consistent. That is why my approach is always practical and designed to work within your lifestyle.
I take the time to understand how you live, how you think and what may be holding you back. Rather than overwhelming you with science, I focus on simplifying nutrition and helping you understand the essentials so you can make confident, informed choices day to day.
I believe food is our first form of medicine and I am passionate about helping you use it to support your health, energy and performance.
As part of my approach, I recommend trusted products & brands that I have researched carefully in line with my principles and ethos, taking the guesswork out of shopping and helping you make better choices more easily.
My work covers general health, weight management and performance nutrition. I also volunteer within grassroots elite youth football, because I believe in how important it is to build strong nutritional foundations early in life especially in sports performance.
I want to support clients through all different stages of life, recognising that nutritional needs evolve over time. Whether you are balancing a busy career, family life, training demands or changes in your body, I help you adapt your nutrition to continue feeling and performing at your best.
If you are looking for a realistic and supportive approach, and someone who will take the time to understand you, I am here to help you make progress that lasts and has you feeling your best.
